RATES

  • ​​ $1,100 per week (includes cleaning and maintenance costs
  • ​$100 fee for a dog
  • For alternate rental durations for spring and fall fishing season, please contact us.

ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE

  • CHECK IN: After 4 p.m.
  • CHECK OUT: By 11 a.m.

PAYMENT

  • $250 deposit at time of reservation (also serves as the refundable security deposit)
  • $1,100 weekly rental fee (includes cleaning and maintenance costs) is required 15 days prior to check-in
